We travelled with two children under 3 years old. Our room was very large and comfortable. The wellness is very good -although we could only use the pool for children :-) The stuff is very helpful although they are overladen. Két három éven aluli gyerekkel utaztunk. A szobánk nagy volt és kényelmes. A welness nagyon jó volt- habár mi csak... More

The location is great, a short walk to the Eger Castle. The breakfast is awesome. The staff are nice and friendly. Didnt have any problems! We will surely recommend this place to family and friends! This is a nice and quiet place, very relaxing environment!

Pros: - convenient location of the hotel, very close to the city center - very nice spa facilities - professional staff performing massages - food (both breakfast & dinner) Cons: - room was extremely small - WiFi hotspots were all over the hotel (I counted 12) but none of them were able to reach inside of the room, corridors full... I've stayed for two nights, while visiting the local college and conference. The new part (Eger) of the hotel is refurbished, though the work or its supervision calls for a slightly better care. The staff is in majority good to great, though few people unable to help (most likely a language issue) appeared too. The pool area is really great!... More

I was at a conference at the University, and this was, rightly, their recommended hotel. Convenient, good quality food, and I wish I had the time to enjoy all the facilities. I was staying in 'Eger' (the new part) but 'Park' has its won 19th-century style.

We were with our friends in this hotel for 2 nights. As a personal experience the check-in and the occupation of the rooms were very funny... :D The room, the spa with all facilities were fantastic, also the staff everywhere. One thing about the meals. These were terrible, because the quality. Finally, it was really good, but the restaurant could... More

Newly refurbished rooms, food was fine - breakfast of good variety (eat as much as you like), staff helpful - only one of them looked quite nervous, but it wouldnt be fair to mark low the entire staff as the majority was nice and helpful. The Park part is older, there is the restaurant, which has elegant historical interior. The... More

Stayed here with Team GBUWH along with teams from other nations, our package was specific to our event, with full board provided, the service was OK, if not a little rushed, and the food was average, but could have been a bit warmer, overall a good hotel

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the city center. It consists of two wings. One of the Prince traditional style, silk, velvet-covered walls offers. the other is a bit more modest. The rooms are comfortable, the spa and sauna world became much larger after the 2012 remodeling. Good programs are offered in the hotel. The city EGER Wine cinerea... More

I came to the hotel several times to a conference. By far the best place in town. Location: Not on the main street, but within reasonable walking distance. Easy accessible gardens, downtown, hot springs, etc. Pool: Has its own swimming pool area with sauna, hot tub, steam rom, etc. Food: Food is very delicious and a great selection. Rooms: Clean,...
