This hotel can be found between Bük and Bükfürdő, basically not really close to any city centres or facilities. But this can be accepted. The hotel looks really impressive but the overall experience doesn't reflect a 4-star level: the wellness area with only two little pools is a nightmare, in busy hours you can't even find a place to put... Lets start off with the location of the hotel, it is in the middle of nowhere, no shops, no city center or something similar or sign of life. The rooms are not cleaned, the hotel is old. So to sum up the negatives : - price , it is really overpriced, this is a 2 star hotel at best -... More

we visited this hotel somehow 'out of season' (february), but we were very satisfied. hotel was not full, but also not empty. this hotel is kind of 'wellness' hotel, however some part of guests was rather elder - probably visitors of near thermal baths (Bukfurdo), what is imho easy understandable. so, this situation was actually very good for us, because... We arrived on saturday 13.00h and wanted to eat something after our two hour trip to get there; Kitchen was closed till 14.00h, so no possibility to order something. The room was ok, although the drain from the shower was stuck and the showerhead full of chalk. The spa was very small, especially since the hotel has about 80 rooms.... More

We stayed here with my husband for a werkend. I liked the style of the hotel, the design, but everything is 5-7 years old, needs refurbishment. The wellness was ok, but really small for the size of the hotel. We did a nice bikeride in the nearby area to Austria, thus was nice.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel, but I saw on their website, that their spa-wellness area is not to big (actually it is very small), so we choose to go on weekdays and not on weekends - to avoid others - and it was a very smart idea.... The exterior of the hotel is nice, the interior too -... More

What a nice web site Once arrived disappointment starts. Hotel, rooms, service are far beyond what it is promised Room are already aged, spa area is OK, but ending up to be a playground area for kids, 21:00 all is closed and no room service, and I'm not even mentioning the "kindness" of employees which is the one you would... I reserved a room for 3 nights through the home-page (booking system) on a Saturday night from the next week Tuesday, but I was not sure that the system was good, so on Sunday I wrote an e-mail to the hotel. We didn't get answer, so on Sunday evening we called the hotel, but the receptionist was very unfriendly and... More

In a nutshell this hotel is very promising on the website but not in real. The exterior is nice, also the idea of the holistic stuff is good but not the service and not the staff. First of all the spa is extremly small. Not just the pool but we even didn't have free chair or deckchair which is very... More
