The staff are lovely and all speak good English, the breakfast is very good and the trip to town was easy. I travelled into Budapest by train which involved a 15 minute walk to the station through the small suburb - it was pleasant and didn't rain much, the train ended up being free as I had already bought a... Aqua Marina Hotel Budapest Hungary It was placed on the deck of a cruise ship right on the arm of the Danube. The location is interesting and exceptional. Free summer feeling. Nearby are a series of terraces that induce a feeling of relaxation. The scenery is absolutely amazing. Danube and Budapest bridges ... I think you'll agree that you can... More

We loved it here. Had we known how far out of Budapest it was we probably would have looked for somewhere more central else but thank goodness we didn't as this place is so brilliantly situated. We did benefit from fabulous weather which helped as we were able to take advantage of the various little restaurants and bars along the... More

My wife and I stayed here in March, walking onto the boat hotel was great. The breakfast each morning was substantial and varied and the staff were very helpful with directions each day. It's an easy commute into Budapest by bus. Really liked our room and staying on the Danube was excellent.

Visited in March 2007 but only recently joined TripAdvisor, review hopefully still relevant :) The 4 of us came there as a group of about 50 and weren't told by travel agency where we were to stay and after a whole -Looooong- day, either in a bus or on foot arrived, at night, to a place that looks like the... Firstly, the customer service with both the reception staff and manager where excellent. They are all lovely people and willing to help you as much as they can. My Partner's padlock had broke on her suitcase, upon request the manager went out to buy a replacement. They are really helpful people and made us feel welcome:) The hotel generally does... More

It was an ok hotel. Only went for a couple of days so it was adequate. Everything worked fine, the room was nice with a view of the river and with occasional rocking of the boat. Only had bed and breakfast, which was ok (bread, what looked like french toast, eggs, cereal etc) A long way away from the city... More

The room was okey, comfy beds bit it got really stuffy inside and the AC didnt help at all. Just kept blowing a horrible smell. The breakfast was served between 7-10 but i think you have to be there when they start serving. We came at 9 and there was hardly anything left. When we came early there wasnt much... More

We drove to Hungary for the F1 and stayed for six nights on this floating hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and the whole boat was clean and tidy, bearing in mind they had had really bad floods only a few months before. The food was a bit limited but what there was was indeed very tasty and... More
