Large rooms, good location (right next to St Stephens Basilica and one of the main metro stations), air con in rooms, free breakfast. Rooms were clean however outdated, and wifi was frustrating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near St. Istvans in the Pest side of Budapest. Very near the main square “Deak Ter” and the metro. The hotel has A/C and very goof windows for blocking sound and great shutters for the lights at night. The breakfast is also very good and extensive.

Very central location, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. A short walk to the metro and bus stops for hop on /off buses. Good room with essential air con and metal shutters to keep out light and noise. Quiet inside the hotel, so a good nights sleep and good buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend it. You do have to pay... More

This was our second visit to this hotel. It is excellently located - a stone's throw from St. Stephen Basilica, right in the central pedestrian area. Lots of restaurants around. Close to transport and tour starts. Staff are very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. We were there with several other family members for a family wedding and everyone liked the hotel.... More

The hotel is located next to St. Stephens Basilica - thus the view. A small square stretches in front of the Basilica for a few blocks lined with restaurants etc. The location is a good central one close to the Danube, Chain Bridge, Buda Castle etc. The hotel itself is very modern inside. Beds were typical European, as was breakfast.... More

Nice view from the window to the basilika and not far away from the parliament. You can reach most of the important places by feet. The hotel is not easy to findif you come by car because of the many one way streets! No hotel own... More

A fantastic location right by St. Stephan's Basilica and close to many public spaces, restaurants and public transport. The surrounding streets were beautiful and full of character. Our room was a very generous size and had a stunning view of the Basilica from the skylight. Bathroom was a little disappointing though as the shower head was half way down the... More

This little hotel is in the middle of everything. Situated right in St. Stephen's Basilica courtyard, you are walking distance to the Chain Bridge, Parliament, Central Market Hall, the Opera House and both the metro and tram. There is a grocery store within 2 blocks and tons of places to eat and drink! I didn't have the breakfast package nor... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
