We stayed there just 10 hours in July. The room was in terrible state, the painting on the wall was cracked, there was no TV in the room, there was no hot water in the bathroom (it was thermal water, so it was smelly, but not enough hot). The pools were OK.
For these 'services', it was very expensive.
