How great view to the parliament bulging that hugs the great river...was great experience to stay in such place with friendly stuff who always does its best to give you the feeling of comfort...The place is in good location near from everything. I think it will be enough if you spend your summer evening walking along the bank of the... More

This hotel is placed in the Buda part of Budapest, just in front of the magnificent House of Parliament. Excelent staff, comfortable room, accesibly prices, and good location. No doubt it was an excellent decision to stay here during 5 nights.

Spent our honey moon at this great hotel of this beautiful city; have no complaints whatsoever of anything! On the contrary, staff have been very helpful and friendly, ready to serve or answer any question. Hotel itself is clean, quiet and in a beautiful location overlooking the Danube river and facing the magnificent House of Parliament. Highly recommended for all,... More

My daughters and I stayed it the Novotel in Budapest for six days to take care of some family business. The location is great (right across the river from Parliament) with easy access to public transport and the breakfast was wonderful and abundant, but the staff is even better. From the GM to the cleaning ladies, we were treated with... More

The hotel is located on the Danube river just in front of the regal and majestic House of Parliament. Within few hundred meters of a fully pedestrian path, one can reach the Chain Bridge and then walk over to the other side of the river where most cultural attractions, restaurants and bars are. Apart from the location, which is simply... More

I stayed in this hotel with my family twice within 10 days when I was travelling via Hungary. We used this hotel as our stop-over location; the room was great and the breakfast was excellent; a very good hotel at a very good location.

We stayed at the Novotel Danube Budapest for 7 nights – the hotel is spotless, quiet, comfortable and friendly. The rooms were airy, the beds clean and comfortable and the bathroom spacious and modern. At breakfast, there was a choice of cooked, cereal, fruit, pastries and many other more European foods (such as olives, cheese, ham and fish). The view... More

Though I'm giving the Novotel Danube 4 stars, be aware this isn't a 4 star hotel. It's an average hotel with above average features. We purposely chose a hotel on the Buda side and knew it wasn't in a bustling/tourist heavy place. Upon check in I inquired about a room facing Parliment and was told it cost 30 euro a... More

Had a city break to Budapest with my family. We stayed at the Novotel Budapest Danube and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Novotel is a good brand of the Accor Group and as usual was everything we expected. We decided on the Danube Novotel as the view from the hotel was over the Danube and if you pay for a room...
