When we arrived we upgraded to a bigger suite. Very nice touch. The suite was very nice. We had two bathroom one with tub and one with shower. The suite was very clean and shiny. The bed was very good quality as well as bedlinen. The suite was overlooking the court which was a pleasant view. We had a big... More

A very average hotel showing signs of wear and tear. During our stay there was a 24 hour power cut. This was very poorly handled by the hotel staff resulting in unsafe conditions. Guests were left to climb several flights of stairs in pitch black with trip hazards such as rubbish bags and piles of towels littering the stair wells.... More

We stayed for 1 night , booked superior suite but they upgraded us to deluxe suite. The receptionist is helpful and nice, check in was fast. The suite was big for about 56 m. They have microwave, coffee maker, fridge, oven, dish washer and washing machine. We used the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna for free. To sum up, it... More

I stayed here as a surprise for my hen do - all my friends booked it for me and I have to say it was brilliant. The suites are excellent quality and it was the ideal location for us - in the Jewish quarter and not far to walk to the main attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. I... More

We got a very good deal using avios to stay here, 3 nights for £30 for 2 people - although if we had paid the full rate I still would have been impressed! The hotel grounds are hidden away behind the building and are very impressive, lovely well kept courtyard, shiny and grand corridors in the main area and the... More

Stayed for 1 night in a Superior Suite. Lovely spacious room and very good service from the staff. Also used the swimming pool and sauna. A nice reprieve from the city hustle and bustle. The location is great for evening/nightlife as well as a lot of nice restaurants are within easy walking distance - as well as the metro only... More

Stayed here for four nights. Staff are very helpful. Lovely hotel. Our apartment was huge. Separate lounge area. Kitchen poorly stocked with cutlery etc. Very difficult to have a shower without drowning the bathroom floor. Pool area is beautiful. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel as at €12 we thought it a little too expensive. Plenty of places to eat... More

Stayed in one of the superior suites for 3 nights in July. Rooms are very clean and well looked after, although our bathroom looked a little tired it was still very clean. We were also surprised to find a washing machine in there! Eventually that did come in very useful, however. The bed was large and comfortable, a nice balcony... More

We've just stayed at this hotel and had our own suite which was excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant is particularly good. It was very hot in Budapest when we were there and the air con throughout the hotel was great. Spa looked clean and tidy although we didn't use it because there were... More

The hotel is very central and only a 15 minute walk to the Danube. The room was very large and comfortable. Staff were fairly friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again in the future as I will visiting again. Scott

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
