First, nuts disappeared from the desk, not that bad, but next my mobile was gone, while I was out. The staff, not that friendly anymore, waived all responsibility because it wasn't stored in the safe. That is a curious thing to say. Apart form this, good value for money. I recently stayed here for two nights & was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is very good value. The silver suites are nicely equipped (even a clothes washer / dryer) You needn't pay more for a good hotel in Budapest. The spa was good although not as fancy as other very expensive hotels.
