We stayed in room 401 for two nights in January and it was an excellent experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were all very friendly. Our room was small but that is what we had expected, and no where near as small as other reviewers had made out,- after all we are only showering and sleeping there!... More

This hotel is all about location, location location. Less than a minute from prime tourist street full of souvenir shops, restaurants and stops where you can get all your basics I.e tesco metro, transport links, even 24hr chemist. Without even attempting to go anywhere you have some great sites to see - Historical statues, traditional local markets situated in beautiful building... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the end of December 2015/beginning of January 2016 and couldn't be more happier with our choice. The hotel was welcoming with every member of staff so friendly and polite. It was clean, warm and finished to a high quality. The bedrooms were compact but beautifully furnished and the shower room was... More

We stayed in Budapest over Christmas and found the hotel to be a good choice. The breakfast and dinners were good. The staff very friendly, and location of the hotel is great. Rooms were clean and the bed good.

Boutique Hotel Budapest - located within 3 minutes of old indoor market, tram and metro connections and the Danube river itself. Staff genuinely pleased to make your stay special, quiet location and good breakfast. Tried others but will only return here for our next visit to Budapest - need I say more!

I was expecting a lot from this hotel, especially because the pictures from the website were excellent. It seems they used a great photographer... I must say that I have been very disappointed by the Hotel. The room was very small and very very noisy!! You can hear every thing from the other rooms. I dont know how they made... More

We had the room for one night and paid 40euros with breakfast included. It has no free parking and it costs 20 euros a day ( we parked in front of the hotel, as during the holidays and not working days parking in budapest is free). It is clean, cosy, but the rooms are small and has no phonic isolation... More

A small hotel with a great location and caring staff! It is located next to a subway station, across the street from a food market, and next to a street marketplace. The staff helped us with all our requests. Breakfast was delicious as well. Totally recommend this amazing place!

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
