The rooms overlooking the Cour are not sound proof enough! The side ones are better but the 2nd door must be closed. Secondly, I was disappointed by the variety of warm breakfast foods...they offered French Toast everyday! However, for those who do not eat warm food the other items were good. Best points: friendly reception and staff.

The hotel is not in the prettiest of places, but it's convenient for the main station. The staff speak good English and are helpful, with local knowledge etc. Don't be put of by the area, it looks worse than it is and you get a good nights sleep and decent breakfast for the money. It's only a very short walk... More

Good located, English speeking recepcionist, cleaned every day, tasty warm breakfast, connection to city center by tram. Near is a green park and the city market - fruits and vegetables from farmer in contryside.

We spent 7 nights at the Atlantic Hotel in a double room - which was essentially two single beds pushed together. The room was very basic - a wardrobe, a desk, a television and fridge and a small en suite bathroom. Some aspects of the room were lacking - the shower was very small and the shower head was broken... More

The hotel is situated in a somewhat ill-famed sector of Budapest, but that doesn't affect its services. Good for a one-night stay, with clean rooms and good breakfast. The hotel raises around a central square open area, and the access to the rooms is made via an open walkway, passing by some rooms' windows. Parking is possible in the inner... More

The hotel itself was nice enough, the room was big and clean. Our shower was a bit broken but other than that the bathroom was the same. The location is a bit strange, the area isn't very nice. And the wifi was terrible, hardly worked at all. However it was very cheap so it was value for money.

Enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were clean and large. Had a few problems with our bathroom, mentioned them to staff and they were taken care of straight away. Breakfast had some local oddities which were fun to try. As others have said, trams and metro are easy to get to and connect you with the rest of the city.... More

The hotel is located very close to Keleti train station and city centre is easily accessible from it. Staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are tidy and spacious. The hotel offers a private parking at 5 euros/night and it is a must given the dubious surroundings. Breakfast is really modest (low quality supermarket stuff), but at least it... More

This hotel cost just under £30 a night for me and my son to share (we were also travelling with my brother who stayed in another room. It's therefore important to note that on these rates, guests need to alter their expectations accordingly!! On the plus side; large rooms with two beds and a sofa type bed, air conditioning, free...
