At first glance the Hotel looked perfect, smart efficient staff, speaking good English offering great advice about the City and transport. Unfortunately we were not so impressed with the room. The Atlas appears to be in a fairly dodgy neighbourhood, and it's surprising there's as little trouble around as there was. The hotel staff ignore their own "No smoking" signs and smoke inside in the hotel lobby.
