I was there for three nights and it locates just middle of the city. From this hostel you can go to the basilica in 10 mins by work. I prefer this hostel is 100% for the young backpackers because young staff , drinking parties , daily movie , pool table and all. Staff is very helpful like, our family and they... More

I enjoyed my stay at the High 5 hostel. it was very sociable, They had drinking games every night and a free bar crawl every night other than Saturday when there was a pool party in one of the thermal pools which was amazing. I wouldn't recommend going unless you are planning on going out as it could be hard... More

Whilst it advertises itself as a party hostel, and generally lived up to this reputation during our 3 night stay, the total lack of cleanliness throughout the hostel and the absolutely disgusting bathroom facilities were enough to put me off ever returning. The smell throughout the whole hostel was enough to put people off eating. Whilst most of the staff... More

Felt so comfortable and the hostel seemed to attract other likeminded, laid back backpackers. All the staff were really helpful and did well to make sure there was stuff going on every night. Felt really homey and there was enough facilities for everyone staying. Great place to stay if you want to meet other people and have things to do... More

Great hostel - we were greeted and made to feel very welcome from the start. The staff are all fun and friendly, and often seemed to be permanent residents rather than staff, which made it very homey. There were a couple of hiccups in our stay, such as a bag of washing being mislaid. Fortunately, there was time for the... More

When we arrived the guy at reception warned us that this was a party hostel where people would be drinking and having sex in the rooms. Obviously these things happen in hostels but it was strange that he was advertising it. Nothing like this actually happened and to be honest it wasn't much of a party hostel while we were... More

There is a laid back 'party vibe' here. Room was okay, a bit of noise but I've had worse. The living room was nice with a projector for watching films. Chilled with the owner and met a few cool people. Bed linen could probably do with being replaced, a few suspicious stains! I didn't go on any of the nights... More

Great experience! It's like an open big house where all the people can easily have new friends! The atmosphear was really relaxed and save. N.B: I would suggest this hostel only for young people or for who want to really have new friends in town: the room are always crowded, but not in the negative aspect of the word. Bathroom... More

It was our very first hostel so understandably we were anxious/worried to experience this for the first time. In the end we both agreed that it was the best experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions or requests we had. Free small breakfast in the morning. Dinner for less than $3. The privacy curtains on the... More

The staff were unwelcoming and unorganized from the start . When we first arrived they charged us a lot more for the room than what we were supposed to pay, we had little choice but to pay it due to the time of arrival and the fact we were unlikely to find another place for our short stay of 4...
