We stayed in this hotel when visiting the Christmas markets. While the price and location were excellent, we were quite disappointed by the accommodation. This hotel is in an excellent position, walking distance to the Danube and sightseeing, but do not stay in Autumn. Even though it was still 27degrees, they turn the air-con off on Sept 30 (end of summer) and no amount of pleading encouraged them to turn it on 2 days later! My trip started in mid September 2008.The hotel was in a very central location close to the Danube River and accessible to shopping and dining. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.
