Large rooms, excellent location, perfect if you want to enjoy the pleasure of hotels with a home feeling. Excellent service, garage, quiet, clean,...

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for business and the last week my wife joined me too to check out the city. I have stayed in Budapest several times before, for shorter and longer business trips but I always had to look for a new place to stay. I stayed in a standard apartment which basically was like... We stayed here for 3 nights (December 27-30, 2008), 2 adults + 1 baby (11 months) and enjoyed our stay. We disliked only one thing: breakfast was a little bit poor, but, nevertheless, enough to survive until lunch in the city. There is a good alternative to breakfast in residence, Lucacs Cukrazda (corner Izabella/Andrassi), with excellent "somloj galuska", so all... More

Another MaMaison property, another impressive exprience. The attention to detail and the kind staff always make a huge leaning on my overall view and these again were both excellent. As for location, it's on Izabella Utca, which is just off Andrássy Út, the place you want to be for elegant shopping and long, leisurely strolls. The boulevard is simply a... More

I went to this Hotel in Febuary, it was cold outside. I was there with two friends, for three nights, sightseeing. The Location of the Hotel is very good. You have the Metro within 2 minutes walking distance. You can also start you tour of Budapest from this Hotel. The appartments are good. Enough space, even a small kitchen. We... More

Considering the fact that I was visiting Budapest for the first time and it was for the Buisness purpose, I expected a friendly atmosphere and a wifi enabled rooms. Belive me it was more than these things that I got. The reception was my fav place. The receptionists were very friendly and they became my best friends by the time... More

Very nice place, I loved that we had a living room with kitchen (plus the bedroom). Though it is not so close to Danube sight seeing, it's very close to nightlife, which i find more important (closeness at night than during the day). Of course the metro station just 30 m. outside makes it very easy to go everywhere in... More

I stayed at the Residence Izabella from November 16 until November 20, 2008. I was with my husband and 2 children ages 6 and 17. The staff was extremely helpful considering we had never been to Budapest and were not familiar with the language. The apartment was clean and spacious and internet was free. The Oktagon was close enough to... More

A fantastic place to stay. Excellent service from staff who were very helpful and accommodating. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger apartment which was very spacious. Was great to stay in an apartment rather than a Hotel room, with a lounge with all mod cons and a fully fitted Kitchen. A number of reviews complain about breakfast, you... More

The hotel is located in walking distance of the city centre but does not have any views from the hotel from what I could ascertain. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. However, it appeared that the hotel did not encourage guests to have breakfast provided by the hotel . The breakfast area is... More
