I stayed at this Ibis in Jan 07 for 5 nights and it was quite convenient to explore all over Budapest due to a subway station few steps from the hotel reception! Its neighbourhood is quite simple so you'll not expect nothing than "ok". If you're flying you may reach the hotel by bus from the aiport till subway, which... more

Hotel is totally OK. Clean. Two bedded room was quite big! It`s crowded in breakfast time (a la carte breakfast) but there`s a lot of food. more

This hotel was part of a packaged trip we got through a travel agency, and was our first stop in Europe. For the price we paid, this hotel was awesome. The breakfast was plentiful, and the food was great! We were always so stuffed afterwards that we didnt need to eat lunch. The rooms were nice, and our room had... more

I have stayied in this hotel for 2 nights and I was very pleased about it. Modest hotel, but very clean and nice. Even if it is not very close from the center of town, there's a metro station near it and you can easily get everywhere in Budapest. Danube river is at 5-10min walking from the hotel. I would... more

my family and i were staying here for 5 nights in July/August. Our main purpose of our trip was to explore Budapest and attend the Formulal 1! We arrived at approx 10pm to be told that the restaurant was closed bt that we could get food in the bar. However all that the bar was serving was soup! On leaving... more

The room was clean, not small size. The brekfast was good,Better than most of European countr's hotels. We did not spend much time at the hotel,so I can... more

Not renovated as it should be, but a nice budget hotel. Interesting breakfast. Metro station just outside the hotel, with an easy walking distance to West End (Mall) and to the square of Heroes. Easier if you rent a bike to see the town. more

The Ibis Vaci Ut was very clean and seemed to be fairly up to date. The rooms were very small which was fine for us as we were out sightseeing as much as possible. I did not find that section of town to be terrible as we walked several blocks to Heroes Square and the metro stop was litterally in... more
