Cons *Restaurant/Bar staff should smile a bit while serving. * AC should be more effective during peak summers. Pro * Good hotel as per price(about 50 euro per night) in July 3rd week * Although away from city centre but connectivity is great. Walking distance to metro M3. Convenient from Railway station too - tram 24. Both distance around 200mtrs... More

Hotel was great, rooms are spacious, and breakfast is really delicous. Several kinds of food were served, including some tipical hungarian meals. The subway is near, so you are connected with the entire city. Staff is friendly. I really enjoyed this beautiful city and lovely hotel!

Our room was really big and had a lot of windows, but the A/C machine was leaking on the wall. It wasn't that clean and some people in our group had a room that smelled like an old ashtray: they found cigarette butts on the floor of their room. The food was okay but there wasn't enough place in the... More

This hotel is set on the main road into the city, so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. But living in the city, I did not have a problem with the sounds and slept very well. The hotel is basic but comfortable and clean. The staff are cordial and a couple of the front of house staff... More

I will just say: you can read about hotel on internet so if you dont like it, just dont reserve it and go there. We had a room on second floor on the end. Our windows looked on a highway but we didnt have any problems with cars and noise from outside. It was november 2014 and it was very... More

Since more than 20 years traveling to Budapest, I be never ever stayed in a more disastrous Hotel like this. There are hundreds of Hotels for the same price, that are worth spending your money. The House, the Interior, the beds, the bathrooms, everything is old and rotten. This would not have been a problem, if it would have been clean. But unfortunately it has... More

We are from Greece and we arrived at the hotel at 5:20 a.m. We knew it in advance so we had asked the agency that it arranges that we are given at least one room at the time or arriving. This demand probably never reached the hotel, but the reason I was dissapointed is the fact that, not only were... More

Positives: Close to a tram station, free breakfast, fairly spacious rooms, restaurant and gift shop. Negatives: Staff not overly friendly or helpful, communication difficulties with some of the restaurant staff who didn't have great English, rooms not overly clean.

We were staying there for 1 night, service was great, the staff was very helpful and polite. The room was big and cosy,a bit too accesorised for my taste(many chandeliers and lamps, felt like on a stage),breakfast was excellent, the cherry on top were the warm chocolate croissants...yummy!In the lobby they decorated a beautiful Christmas tree.
