Probably you couldn't ask more for this price at 3 stars hotel... The building is far from the centre of the city, the building is pretty old, with old doors not very good isolated, old furniture. The hotel is esay to find. The rooms were wery comfortable and the staf were exstremly nice. We couldn't stay as long as we planed and there was no problem to recall our reservation for further staying. If I ever again come to Budapest Hotel Charles is my choice. more

Fantastic value for the money! Restaurant had the best gulyas I ate in Budapest. My wife and I needed to switch rooms to get a bathtub, and there was no problem. Great service, really nice, English speaking staff. I will definitely go back, especially for the gulyas! more
