I found this hotel on Expedia with a free third night, making it very reasonably priced overall. Location was ideal, safe, classy area just behind the palatial Four Seasons. Hotel is a remnant of Communist era. I stayed in a suite for three days. Absolutely no decorations on walls and furniture was torn and tatered. Asked for an extra pillow and the response was that they were fully booked and an extra pillow may become available tomorrow..
