Very smart Hotel location inside of the biggest mall in Budapest. The hotel is well furnished, room are clean and food is good. Staff are not friendly and don't speak good English. Stayed for weekend only, but really pleased with hotel - lived up to Hilton Chain reputation. Good location, within easy reach of transport services and city tourist venues - lovely city to visit, had good weather, apart from flash storm during afternoon one day - lucky we weren't in open top sightseeing bus at the time

Positives. Great room, good bed - had a good sleep. Friendly Staff who speak good English and are very helpful. On the down side, a good thirty minute walk to the main attractions such as the chain bridge and parliament.

This is a great hotel where the staff knows the meaning of Customer Service! The hotel is conveniently located next to the WestEnd Mall and close to the metro. It is also within walking distance to several fine restraurants. This hotel is definately worth a visit while in Budapest!
