This is a good, inexpensive tourist hotel with a terrific breakfast. The rooms are spacious, with very high ceilings and (in some) small balconies. This hotel is located near the train station, in an almost iffy part of town. To get there, walk about 2 blocks from the station(the sign is visable from the street).
