By far the best hotel that I have stayed at in the world. I felt like a queen upon arrival, the room was 1000 stars, way beyond 5! Room was beautiful with a chain bridge view, made it worth having breakfast in my room every morning. The room was always kept clean, any services I required were taken care of... More

Meticulous & tasty dessert. Warm and quiet ambiance . Away from too many tourists. Lobby and restaurant and hotel v elegant and classy. Arrived after a short walk from #2 street car stop near the Chain bridge.

It didn't start off right once we got there at 3:30 pm, they had computer problems- 4 of us had to wait, fell asleep in the lobby(jet lag). Got to room, no view, way in the back, overlooked the courtyard and other peoples rooms. No windows to open up and get fresh air. - Could not change room. luggage problems,... More

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located and has the service expected of the Four Seasons brand. Our room was surprisingly large and well appointed. The bathroom was big and luxurious. We were close to the elevator but our room was very quiet. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Our 2 days in this hotel went very well. We had no special request et never had to deal with any problem. In previous trips to Budapest, we had stayed in different hotel: Sofitel and Kempinski. Location - Excellent, in front of the Danube, and within a short walking to the parliament and the Basilica. No noise in the rooms... More

Really enjoyed this hotel for all of the above. The hotel is unique - the lobby is just gorgeous - loved the location across from the bridge. and also got a good night's sleep in a place where I was doing a lot of walking. Did I mention the breakfasts? Excellent food and lots of it! Couldn't be happier with... More

The Four Seasons Gresham Palace is rightfully acknowledged as one of the best hotels in Budapest and Europe. Positives: - Excellent service, especially at front desk. This is not a given in Budapest, where service can be surly... - Stunning building and entry, and very good, Four Seasons standard rooms with all of the nice touches (canapes, fruit, etc.) that... This character had so much charm. It was beautiful. The staff was attentive and helpful. The dessert in the restaurant was amazing! This place exceeded my expectations. I would stay there if I go back again.

We had very high expectations in light of what we had read and heard about this hotel. Everything was perfection. It exceeded our expectations in every way. If given the chance to return to Budapest would stay there again.

If you can swing it staying here will make your trip to Budapest amazing. The lobby is justly famous for its architecture and design, just beautiful! The rooms are spacious and the perfect mix of form and function. The staff was incredible, gracious, attentive yet unobtrusive. Somehow there just when you need them. I recommend having hotel send their drivers... More
