Hotel staff friendly, check in and check out a breeze. This hotel is perfectly located on Vaci Utca, a busy cobblestoned pedestrian street in Budapest that is lined with shops, restaurants and cafes. The area is touristy and we felt safe walking at night. Breakfast buffet is good and be sure to get a window seat as the breakfast room... More

I have stayed here for 1 week with friends. Only location was great! Lose to everything, shops, restaurants and shopping malls. Breakfast was general. Rooms small and not really clean. Service average.

Couldn't have chosen a better location! Okay, the decor was very 'tired' in the corridors but everywhere else was clean and smart. Stayed in a 'privileged' room and enjoyed the little 'extras'. Hot breakfast was very predictable and could do with more variety, as is the case in most other hotels around the world. There were no views from any... More

The only good thing to say about this place is that its very centrally located Now for the bad things: It smells. Literally. There are stains on the carpets in the corridors The AC in my room sounded like i was sleeping under a bridge full of freight trains The bed was as soft as a pile of bricks ,and... More

Pleasant hotel, great location, stayed in one of the suites. Very comfortable, but plain. Very good value. Staff at reception were not overly friendly when checking in and did not go through breakfast times, what services were available etc. I will say when checking out, what looked like one of the managers was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall well worth... More

Recently stayed at this hotel with a tour group and it was a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing Budapest. Business class hotel with adequate room and reliable wifi connection. The shower was a little small, but that is common in Europe. The breakfast was very delicious and the variety of food choices quite ample. The staff was very... More

we love the location but regret that services and quality are degrading over the years; it is still good but not very good anymore except for the personnel who are keeping the excellent level of services after being there a couple of years ago one can notice that e.g. "privilage" services are down, quality of breakfast are going down though... Fabulous location right in the heart of things! Quiet at night, clean room, steady wifi connection, good breakfast. Would recommend it, no problem at all. Had issues with elevators but got fixed quickly. Love Budapest. Will definitely come back!

This was my first visit to Budapest, I was lucky to stay in a city center, which is a good option if you're staying only 1 or 2 nights. Besides a perfect location with all the shops within 1-2 min. walk from the hotel, the hotel itself is offering great service. The room was big enough, the bathroom little bit... More
