This hotel was great value for money. Having previously been to Budapest this hotel was centrally located and was within 50m of underground, tram and bus link. Cannot fault the staff who were helpful and obliging. The pool and sauna were fine by hotel standards. Based on our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel

The location of this place cannot get any better. Smack in the middle of a very nice tourist district, with lots of shopping, restaurants and cafes. Quick walk to all kinds of transportation, tourist buses run nearby, several tourist attractions are within short and pleasant walking distance. The hotel is average but it works just fine for someone who didn't... More

As average as a Mercure can get, this hotel surprises by nice view from breakfast room to National Museum of Hungary. The rooms are ok, bed in my room was not so comfortable. Ask for a room in A wing in case you mind walking a lot. There is a swimming pool I did not try. Minibar is exceptionally expensive... More

The location allowed us to walk to Metro (literally next door), tram and even walk to the river, the Jewish synagogue and museums. Rooms are small but clean with nice amenities. Wifi free and fast enough, good to be able to print out for free at "Business Centre" therefore reception staff very helpful, only huge flaw and really annoying is... More

This hotel is ideal for a Budapest city break as it is located a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. We found everything to be within reasonable walking distance, and if you don't fancy the walk, there is a subway station right outside the hotel. We didn't spend much time in the hotel itself, so I can't comment too... More

Had a brilliant time here in Dec. Great location for exploring the City and Christmas Markets. Good sized room with usual amenities. Hotel looked after us well, even accommodating an unusual request by my brother for them to deliver us a birthday cake on my birthday! Wholly recommend staying here.

Recently stayed in this hotel and primarily chosen for its location which was perfect. It was walking distance to the centre and the fabulous bridges of Budapest. The room was very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was also really good with a variety of choice.

This hotel appears very good, with an impressive reception area, nice bar, well-working lifts and generally up to date. To continue on the positive side, breakfast was excellent according to my preferences, as was service at the reception. Wifi worked excellent. There were, however, also quite a few things that annoyed me. First; my room was so small I could... More

The main plus of this hotel - its location. 1. It is right near the metro station Kalvin ter. 2. Prior to the pedestrian street Vaci - 3 minutes, the area Deák Ferenc - 10 minutes. 3. Prior to the Gellert baths - 2 stops by tram or 15 minutes walk across the bridge. From / to the airport by... More

This hotel i located in the very heart of Budapest just around the corner of the famous market hall and the Gellert bath just on the other side of the river. The rooms are well furished and clean and the service is excellent.
