The hotel spa is wonderful. I had a lovely therapist, Marietta, who attended to my therapy. All the staff portray the quality of service the brand promises. Outlook of the Spa is beautiful, extremely hygienic, a wide variety of therapies, and reasonable prices. Will definitely be visiting the Spa again.

Loved the location, walked everywhere. Upgraded to a river view- highly recommend that view. Only complaint was getting on the Internet from our room was hit or miss. Most of the time had to sit in lobby for service. A fine hotel like this should have much better Internet.

We stayed two nights on the 9th floor and enjoyed the monstruous view on the Danube and the Castle. The view is breathtaking and the room is very comfortable. We even enjoyed being awakened by the sunlight in the morning because we didnt want to use the curtains!! I will definitively stay there again for my next visit!
