I strongly don't recommend this hotel! I stayed there a week ago. Single room cost 70 euros. The only plus point of the hotel - good location. But for the money you can find a much better hotel. The room is small, there was very hot, air conditioning did not work. There was terrible smell room. Presonal not friendly. Breakfast... More

We spent a couple of days in Peregrinus and we highly recommend it to everybody who' going to Budapest. The hotel is located in very heart of the downtown, close to Vaci utca and The Liberty Bridge. The room was big enough with AC and a spacious bathroom. Wifi was working very well. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which consisted... More

Just spent four nights at Peregrinus Hotel with my family in two rooms, one being part of the attic. The hotel's location, a few metres off pedestrianised Vaci is excellent. The hotel's rooms are more than satisfactory and clean. The attic rooms have efficient air-conditioning but the other room we had on the second floor didn't and this may cause... More

On upon arrival, the lady working at the desk was polite and gave me the basic information I needed. To smile costs extra on her behalf. Breakfast was adequate, worthy of a 3 star hotel. The hotel is strategically perfect, just around the corner from the market place, the shopping street, and not far from public transportation. However, the male receptionist... More

This is a type of European hotel I love so much - historic building, interesting neighborhood, reasonable price, decent breakfast but offering every service we need (mini bar, free wifi, airport shuttle reservation, etc). I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff members were generally friendly to me. The hotel was conveniently located, close to the metro station and major... More

I stayed at this hotel with a friend. The hotel is really well located, 50 metres away from the pedestrian Váci Street and 200 metres away from the market. It is also within walking distance from many important landmarks. The bedroom was comfortable and so was the bathroom. Breakfast is quite good as well. I would definitely go back to... More

A contact at the University of Budapest made the booking for me. I was on academic business at the university. I have graded the hotel on location, comfort, price, and service. The hotel is in a prestige mid-nineteenth century building. No expense has been spared on making it immaculately clean, with large rooms, high ceilings, double glazed windows. Comfortable bed... Well, I was with my family (3 persons) for formula 1 week-end, in a very hot and animated Budapest. The location of the hotel is excellent, near oane of the most famous commercial streets in eastern Europe: Vaci utca (Vaci street). Another plus is that the hotel is very close to the Danube. The location of the hotel helps you... More

Pros: -Great location near loads of shops, restaurants, and the river. -Very helpful staff (they even made our reservation at the baths for a massage for no extra charge. -And they let you bring their towels with you, saving you having to rent them) -Wifi included -elevator -tv with cable (including a few channels in English) -elevator Cons: very skimpy...
