We stayed for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were fine. Room was clean. Mini bar reasonably priced, As everybody else has mentioned the breakfast is not so good but it only cost us an additional £1 when added on at time of booking. However the 3rd night was appalling, people shouting and dragging cases around at all hours. You... More

My friend and I stayed here for three nights and the hotel fit our requirements: clean, convenient and safe. It was not luxurious or nice by any means, but we were able to walk everywhere and it was clean and secure. If you're like us, two young ladies, and traveling on a mid-tier budget, then I say stay here to... More

The hotel is well situated for reaching the tourist part of the city, but it is located in a street with a lot of bars and a youth hostel so it was noisy at all hours of the night. There was also only wifi available in reception. The rooms are large and comfortable and reasonably clean. The breakfast was not... More

Just spent a weekend at the King's hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday On arrival we found the staff friendly and helpful as they were throughout our stay they even had a bottle of wine waiting in the room for us to toast my birthday. The location of the King's is excellent not far away from the sites we wanted... More

Drab but clean. Good but small shower with shampoo & soap provided. Aircon a little noisy but efficient. Kettle & cups provided but you need to take your own coffee. Perfect location in the City centre on the edge of the Jewish quarter. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast was typical Eastern European with squash instead of juice, cold meats, cheese,... More

Hotel is in a good location for exploring the city centre on foot. Rooms very clean, but looked a little tired in places. The breakfast was terrible - squash instead of fruit juice, nasty coffee, tea and watered down yoghurt. We raised this with hotel reception who were apologetic and explained that the breakfasts were provided by a separate company,... More

Clean basic room. No kettle, ok as long as you know. Wifi only in lobby, but I was made fully aware of this before I came, by researching and paid for extra roaming internet on my phone so I could email etc from my room. £1 extra for breakfast, that was the best pound spent here in Hungary, basic, but... The hotel situated conveniently in the city center. Decent breakfast, especially if you arrive before 8am. However - a little cold room with a narrow uncomfortable bed. The room have no wi-fi. Poor ventilation is in the toilet. Radiators were almost always cold, when the temperature behind window was 3 degree C. Administration saves all - on heating, on the... More

We stayed here three nights with my partner. Rooms were okay, compared to the prize. Staff were really helpful and polite, that's a BIG plus. Nice stay overall. Location was nice, really liked the jewish quarter, there's lots of good restourants and cafes and of course the beautiful Great Synagogue right behind the corner. We approve ;-)
