The rooms and amenities were acceptable. We were only using the hotel to sleep and get ready, not to spend hours at the hotel. HORRIBLE customer service. The maids stole money (both US dollars and Hungarian forints) from our room on two occasions. The first time my roommate thought this was a mistake, but the second time she was positive... more

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's located within easy walking distance of many attractions. The hotel itself is average overall and slightly below average for the Radisson chain. The rooms are small, though they aren't much smaller than a typical European hotel room. They are, however, dated, and the mattresses seemed a bit old. The bathroom... more

I selected this hotel because of the included internet connection, which is important to me during a business trip. The rate found was 30% lower than the Hilton, so the choice was easy. I stayed before at the Radisson in Berlin and expected something on the same line. Location is good. I knew exactly where it was, and both for... more

The bad things first Two Technogymmachines and a rack...thats what they call a fitness centre. The pool is 4 x 7 meters in all, if more than four people are it in at the same time, things get complicated. noisy aircon outside the window that sucked. The aircon in the room didnt work at all. Breakfast 17 EUROs for a... more

Wanted to add romantic/cultural weekend before attending a conference, and opted for Radisson based on previous experiences elsewhere, but WHAT a letdown! I should have consulted Tripadvisor (which I normally do...) before booking. On the upside, which one should not fail to include, is a good location w.r.t. metro and tramways, it's close to the Opera and some of the... more

The staff were really helpful, polite, and couldn't do enough for us! The rooms were really spacious with a good mini-bar which wasn't too expensive compared to others! location was also good, with most things within walking distance! The only problem i had was the room service wasn't very good, although, it was around 3am! and the pool is alot... more

Ok... I am going to try to write this as nicely as possible. It was really kind of gross. You see the exterior and your like wow... this is gonna be nice, but then you walk inside and you are like oh I am in 1970's Vegas. It was really kind of an eye sore when you walk in. The... more

Centrally located with bland corporate but clean and comfortable decor this hotel is let down by poor service from its concierge team - taxi's not arriving etc. Also the airconditioning system does not seem to work so room was hot unless window opened onto noisy street. more

The good points are the location although there are better locations on the Danube, the staff and the fact my wife and I were upgraded to a suite. The bad points were poor and expensive breakfast, pointlessly small and uncomfortable bar, gloomy resturant and 80's style decor. more
