Amazing hotel, big and modern rooms, great service and very nice breakfast. The location is also one of the best in Budapest as it's Close to many of the attractions in Town. We will absolutley go back to Iberostar Grand Hotel in the future.

This is a great hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to all of our sightseeing ventures and were given maps and tips on how to get around the city. Staff were extremely helpful and were we made to feel very welcome. Well priced and highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights during an impromptu city break. The staff are the absolute best thing! The rooms are a good size (we were upgraded to a room with a view), clean and comfortable. The decor is not exactly my taste but new and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again, we were made to feel... More

Nice hotel, with contemporary architecture and decoration. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location - central but quiet position in a area with a lot of good restaurants and wine bars. The downside was that the sewer smell in the bathroom.

Situated in a quiet but trendy part of town and within close proximity of the many attractions Budapest has on offer ...this modern chic hotel did not fail to impress...make sure you access out the spa on the lower ground floor! Our room, 310, was indeed a contemporary infusion of technology (surround sound which can be regulated in the bathroom,... More

Great service, great hotel, great staff, great location. Went for a long weekend, was welcomed by the reception and director, offered champagne on reception. Luggage taken to the room. The hotel was a generous size and well cleaned. Couldn't recommend enough. Very good location also.

Stunning hotel. Made to feel like a celeb :) loved the little features like speakers in the bathroom and pretty lighting. We stayed in a deluxe room which features a extra large king bed with canopy. The room has large windows overlooking liberty square. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is central to most places with the... More

A pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel is centrally located, close to Parliament, St. Stephan's Basilica, good restaurants and public transportation. The hotel offers a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and chocolate at check-in, and the staff all speak excellent English. The hotel manager greeted us and provided his card so we could contact him with any problems.... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
