Read the reviews on this hotel and thought we had made a good choice. We was wrong. Please take note that when booking a room with "no view" actually means NO WINDOWS. I was shocked by this as normally no view would mean simply nothing to see from the windows. Our only window was onto a lift lobby. Not being... More

We loved the hotel. It's beautiful inside and outside, too. I was staying here with my fiancé and I'm glad we choose this hotel. Its location is the best, considering it is in the downtown. I want to thank the staff for their amazing work also. I really recommend this hotel!

This hotel was included in a package that the Malev Airlines (when worked) offered with a 3 days vacation with the air tickets. That is why I cannot have an opinion for the cost, it was extremely inexpensive.. It is a nice hotel in a great location. We were able to visit almost all the monuments walking. Our room was... This ultramodern hotel is simply beautiful. Located right next to St. Stephens Basilica - city centre and just a 10min walk from the Danube. Rooms were spacious and breakfast amazing. Would recommend as a great way to see Budapest!

We stayed here when it first opened, so we got an incredible rate. The hotel was gorgeous, well-thought out and designed with a modern style. The rooms were a bit small, but they featured top-of-the-line amenities. Best of all was the location, right off the Danube. It was about a 5 minute walk to the subway, so train connection was... It's a very nice hotel, modern decorated with nice touch of fernichairs. The room we had (fashion room) was spacious, very clean but I didn't like the fact that the in-room fireplace was out of use. The bar was nice too. It is very close to everything and we could go everywhere on foot. The staff was nice too. There... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
