We went to this hotel as a part of a Tour by an operator. It was downright put down. The location was not pleasant and didn't look safe. Saving grace was a corner Spar shop. Due to some reason the check in was delayed and rooms were basic and needing urgent refurbishment. Though they were spacious. The balcony was a... More

Stayed here as part of a tour. So was fine as we we were only staying overnight for a few days and then breakfast. The first night they did a set menu as we were late. Which was also good food. Generally happy for what we used it for. But a bit of a walk into town if you are... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with Newmarket Travel, and the hotel was adequate, but pleased we were not here for any longer. The rooms were clean, but with the smallest shower and no 'bath mat' so could be very slippery especially for an older person. The breakfast was 'average' but edible, but with poor service. We ate in the... More

We arrived apparently just after a large wedding party had left & the place was in a bit of confusion!! Eventually got the keys to our room only to find no towels & no pillow cases - these were provided by the maids who did make a lot of apologies. Decided to try the hotel restaurant & had a drink... Stayed at the actor hotel 4th July for two nights the hotel is basic but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and airy but our air conditioning was the noisiest ever. The meals are basic and there isn't much choice but it's totally edible. This hotel is quite away from the centre of Budapest... More

Chosen by our tour operator as you generally spend little time in a hotel and when you do most of that you are asleep. Yes the Blue line underground is a short walk away. We did have a bit of fun when the lift did not work but it was delt with by the time we got back from the... More

Without a doubt this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. I am not a winger or moaner but I do expect decent facilities. The shower tray had a huge crack in with water leaking into the floor below where my brother- in-law refused to stay in because of the stagnant water stench and mold. The shower tray was... More

Nothing really wrong with this hotel at all except it's up a side street so isn't easy to find and there is a building site opposite but it is not a noise problem. The rooms are spacious & clean as well as being well appointed. The staff are friendly & speak good English & go out of their way to... More

The hotel staff were very friendly and the use of a complimentary minibus from the airport and back was really useful. However the 2 coach loads of Italian teenagers who were staying on 1 of the nights were an absolute menace. At 02.00 they were running about in the hotel screaming and shouting with there being no obvious adult to... More
