We've just got back from a three night stop at the Palazzo Zichy and cannot rate it high enough. From our initial enquiry to booking a taxi transfer for the airport the staff could not have been more helpful. The taxi driver was waiting outside arrivals and within half an hour we were at the hotel. The hotel itself was... More

I give this hotel 5 stars across the board. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff are all professional, friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the Metro, restaurants, convenient stores and local pubs. Also walking distance from the major tourist attractions. However, I do recommend that you take the bus, trolley or subway. The breakfast buffet is... More

The building, the room, the staff and the breakfast are perfect. It is off the beaten tourist track but still within walking distance to the main attractions. And around the corner from a street of restaurants that locals recommend.

From the moment I made an e-mail enquiry to this hotel I received excellent, efficient and quite charming service. The staff could not have been more helpful and the hotel itself is excellent. Beautifully clean, comfortable rooms, the bathroom was of a particularly high standard. Breakfast was buffet style, but with a good choice. There is a nice bar area... More

Stayed here in November 2014. Nicely out of the way (10 mins walk to the centre of Pest). Very friendly and accomodating staff. Clean and well presented. Lovely breakfast buffet which had cooked breakfast, cold meats and cheeses, lovely pastries, fruit and fresh coffee & juices. Free tea/coffee up to 5pm in the lounge and free Wifi. The only thing... This is a great hotel. Old elegant architecture from its historical past coupled with sleek modern sensibilities inside. We had a great room overlooking the church square out front (room 509). The included breakfast is a comprehensive buffet everyone will love. Even includes champagne if you want it. The staff are friendly, kind, professional. Speak flawless English. The neighborhood is... Lovely hotel, great room and nice breakfast. It's a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the main town but none the less a nice place to stay. They offer a good variety of options at the breakfast however I would of loved fresh orange juice as they did offer fresh grapefruit, rather than the concentrated variety. From what... More

Lovely hotel located at a very quiet street in the heart of Budapest. Staffs are friendly and we were looked after well by them. Wellness center is well equipped and the morning breakfast is large. Rooms were so nice and the house staff made them up everyday. Only three minutes across the metro station. Just the right place to stay... More

The hotel is a lovely old building on the outside and a very tastefully and contemporary styled hotel on the inside. It is well looked after and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. It has a sauna and gym and a 'wellness' centre.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel on a B and B basis. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. It is beautifully decorated, the rooms are lovely, the staff very friendly and accommodating and the food at breakfast was sensational (especially the complimentary bubbly). It was a 5 minute walk to the metro station and just a little... More
