My husband and I stayed here two nights while backpacking Europe. This was our 6th country and the FIRST hotel we've stayed at that had a great working AC. The room got down to 23 C at night. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They even let us check out late (1pm). There's a pool on the top floor... More

I really enjoyed staying here. After stuffing myself at breakfast, I had the energy to walk all over the city. It's in Buda not too far from the river, so if you like to walk it's a great spot. If you'd rather cab it to Pest, it's a few thousand forints. The WiFi is great, and there's a nice roof... More

Stayed here whilst having dental treatment nearby and was glad of a nice comfortable, clean room to come back to. Good reception and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the garden restaurant is more than adequate and the hot dishes were fresh when I went (about 8am). Didn't use the wellness centre or pool but it look great.... More

We stayed here on a 3-night break to Budapest, and were given a quiet room at the back of the hotel with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Our friends were given a room at the front of the hotel which was a bit noisier. The rooms were very nice and were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our... More

Friendly, nice hotel in Buda, not overpriced. Close to green area, in Varosmajor. Few steps from Szell Kalman ter. Room was average, not extra clean, but okay. Great bathtub in the bathroom. Nice view from the balcony, but noisy. But windows are really soundproof. No wi-fi in room. Had to ask the reception for bathrobe in the wellness, and no slippers.!!!... More

Where do I start? Room was spacious comfy and kept extremely clean. We ate dinner there on the first night it was gorgeous. We loved our breakfast, good selection of different food :) this is very important to us as we are big food people. The wellness floor is breathtaking, you can relax and look over the entire city lit... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but the location could be better. Pretty much anything you want to see is at least a 20 minute walk away. On Buda side, which is good to see the castle area, but not so good to see the Pest side which is where we spent most of our time. If I was... More

The Belvedere is a small boutique hotel, recently refurbished in Art Deco style, on seven floors. The reception area is functional; there is a good sized dining room and large attached conservatory, where breakfast is served. Meals are typical Hungarian - and large (at least by UK hotel standards!) There is a mini spa on the 9th floor, with showers... More

I stayed in this hotel just 2 nights, so I didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel, but I can say that maybe it's not a real 4 stars. I would say a 3L one. Wifi in the room is almost absent and only in the common areas you can get a fair signal. Cleaning in the rooms are... More
