We stayed here our 4 days in Budapest. The hotel is very accessible to the metro/bus station which is super convenient. The rooms were nice too. HOWEVER the wifi does NOT work in the rooms, we had to sit in the lobby to logon. And the breakfast was mediocre. Not a bad stay, just ok.

If you're there for business, I understand, but for those looking for a fun location, with a decent restaurant nearby, and some evening atmosphere - this isn't the place. Taxis are a must to get to the PEST side....and that's where you find better dining, better cafes, better shopping, everything better ! So spend the extra EUR20 per night at... More

I stayed in the Belvedere due to a work commitment and found the hotel, staff and everything about the place to be perfect. Very stylish and professional. Kind and helpful staff. The location is ideal if you want to walk down to the Danube or even go to Buda Castle. The only night I ate in the restaurant the food... More

The whole experience was delightful. The place to start has to be the pool and sauna which alone is delightful and so tranquil but with the view over parliament and the church it was utterly beautiful! Almost tempted to stay in there the whole time! The rooms were very clean and had a huge bed, I( slept extremely well. The... More

We stayed twice at the Belvedere on two successive weeks and it was brilliant each time. Stylish, spacious, friendly and immaculately clean, we couldn't have found anywhere more suitable. Each room had a balcony, each was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Such comfortable beds too.

The Belvedere is everything you want from a hotel - tastefully decorated, clean, well located (near the castle and St Matthias church) and has VERY friendly, helpful reception staff. In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty (and we were a large, somewhat boisterous group!). On top of that, there is a lovely peaceful swimming pool and... More

Very pleased with our stay here. For the money we paid it really was excellent value money. The bathrooms are of a decent size and the view from the pool room over the city on the top floor at night time is a must see. Sauna too.

Fabulous 3 night stay in this hotel, which we found to be well positioned, an easy walk to the metro, trams and buses and to the Danube. We also walked to St Mathius Church , and back from the castle. The hotel is clean, and well equiped, the breakfast was substantial. The shower was fantastic, powerful and hot. The only negative... Architect owned and designed and it showed in every detail of this lovely little hotel. The wellness suite on the top floor with its little pool and sauna is a real treat. The views are especially good after dark . The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's v well positioned for transport. My only comment would be that... More
