We had quiet rooms with air condition, big bathrooms & very comfortable beds. All staff member were very friendly and all of them spoke German & English fluently. Our children loved the towel origami (cute dog & elephant) upon arrival. We especially enjoyed the pool, breakfast & a refreshing drink in the back garden. Thank you.

This was the first hotel we stayed in on our trip to Europe. Very clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful old church next door to view out our window. Make sure you get a wifi code for EACH wireless device you have. Breakfast was yummy too.

A lovely little hotel a little may out of the centre of Pest, near the City Park. Great food, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Rooms are fairly small but very well equipped. Spa and Sauna is a welcome oasis after a busy day seeing the sights. Food is generously portioned and served beautifully, Waiting staff are friendly and efficient.... More

We booked through Expedia to stay in the Lions Garden for one night, when we arrived the man on reception said he didn't have our booking and that they were fully booked that night. The manager came along and sat us outside in the terrace garden with come complimentary coffee and beer. After around 15 minutes the manager came out... More

I was here for a business trip, and really liked the hotel. The food in the restaurant was really good, the breakfasts were nice either. Free wifi also pleased me. What I didn't really like was that anytime I left the room everything within shut down, including air conditioning, so whenever I came back, there was really hot in the... More

The first day me and my friend stayed here was pretty pleasant. The staff were nice, the rooms were good (not 4* though), location was a bit out of the way but we got over all these small details. Then we actually went to sleep...HORRID beds, the beds would slant which mean your head ended up lower than your feet... More

Kover_Imre, General Manager at Lion's Garden Hotel, responded to this review

Dear Lady, I was a bit confused about your feedback as you have high expectations about a four start hotel, but in the middle of the night you dance and laugh loud in the lobby, which is opened with the first floor. I think it is very contradictory. The receptionist asked you on a very polite way to be a... More
