The hotel itself is well located, it is amazing that all the windows are looking over the Balaton. However he rooms are in bad shape (I've stayed several times and there were always somthing..), not clean at all, bathrooms need a big refurbishement. Food was OK, but not much selection, F&B staff is not very attentive, Front Desk staff could... More

We stayed in Ramada for a week and were pretty happy with the state overall. The only problem was a really awful wi-fi connection and a bizarre housekeeping who were knocking on the door at 9 am. Tge lifts were a bit annoying, too. The room was spacious. A bit shabby. The breakfast was ok. The hotel has its own... More

We spent a long weekend in the hotel. We arrived late night but the staff was really helpful. The room was small but clean and friendly. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many choices - cooked English breakfast, salamis, cheese, fruit, cereal, two different juices, many different teas. The hotel has its own private beach, around 10... The hotel itself may be a bit dated but I love the facilities downstairs. Has a lovely pool and great sauna and stem rooms and a small gym. love the fact that is always empty so if you want to relax there will be no disruptions. I wish it was a bit more ATD and a bit more cleanliness all-round... More

the hotel is in a great setting with magnificent views on the lake and has its private beach, BUT breakfast is below average, the infrastructure and equipments are out of date; and the entire hotel has a very mass touristy feel

There's 12 floors but the lifts are so small they can barely squeeze two people in at a time. Wifi doesn't work above the 2nd floor. Beds were like bricks. Shower didn't work and, weirdly enough, there were enough spiders in my room to open a small zoo. Best avoided if possible!

We spent a wellness weekend at this hotel and was waiting for a relaxing vacation but got terribly disappointed. We got a standard room, which was nto clean at all, rust and scale on tap and tiles, carpet should have been thrown away years ago. Window couldn't be closed, then opened, there were holes in it, stuck with paper. Could... More

There's nothing particularly wrong with this hotel but it's absolutely not up to 4-star standards. We had a junior suite, which consisted of two small rooms and had dated furniture, e.g. an armchair missing a wheel and really old CRT tv sets. The tap in the bathroom was incredibly rusty. The wellness facilities were seriously undersized: a 6-person jacuzzi for... More

Big hotel, close to Lake Balaton with its own beach. Problem is that the hotel is too big with too many rooms so that is why the service is flat. Wellness area is ok! Food is nice, especially dinners. Bar is poor, no local wines. Go to Csopak to taste instead. Tennis court is very close!
