Well, the Vila Veselova is a bit of an abomination really. What an experience we had for our two night stay there. We booked the private room, which looked OK from the pictures but when we got there things were very different. Cleanliness was not an issue, nor the price really. The thing about this hostel is that it is right beside a motorway AND railway tracks. Or to be more specific, our room was approximately 8 metres from the motorway, with the train tracks right beside on the other side. There wasn't any moment when there was quiet in the room. During the night, the reduced traffic on the road just enabled you to hear the noise of the rather frequent cargo shipments (and God those cargo trains have many carriages). If you were lucky enough to get a quiet moment, then the paper thin walls would let you hear everything that was on TV in the 'common room' - nice if some people are watching TV until 2 or 3 in the morning!

I cannot comment on the rest of the rooms, but if... more
