Great hotel in amazing town, noting really to complain about, although we stayed only one night. Rooms are average and clean. No wifi in the rooms, only wired internet. Awesome spa center and pool. Lake view room is well worth the extra price. Ask for a top floor. more

Stayed here with a group, perhaps you'd get better service as an individual. Desk staff could careless that entire group was waiting in lobby while they started sorting out rooms. Very unorganized. The view from the room was the only good point. We had to pay for that as an extra. The staff did not help at all. We were never shown to a table for breakfast or helped in any way.
