Location on the lake can't be bettered but 5 star it isn't. Service can be surly and some staff either poorly trained or couldn't care a less. We stayed in the Grand Hotel Toplice in the last week in August 09 leaving on the 29th. The hotel is located in the best position on the lake and takes in the best views which are without doubt its main attraction.
