Great location. Chopin in the evening absolutely fantastic. Breakfast delicious. Old apartments quaint and sitting room to enjoy tea and coffee a bonus. Quiet in the back section where we stayed. Not too much trouble to get to breakfast in the main building.

This establishment is conveniently situated close to Nowy Swat and other sites of interest. A converted apartment block - hints at a very rich history and lends an authentic ambience. Breakfast was served in a wonderful salon at a long table offering the opportunity to converse with other guests. Breakfast fare was sourced locally and of a very high quality.... More

Great location, very helpful staff, wonderful breakfast at a communal table with lively conversations with other guests. The owner was a wonderful host. The funky, old-world elevator takes a little getting used to. Extremely quiet rooms, we never heard any other guests.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon. We arrived late and the staff on duty were very helpful. Our room was lovely! It felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was an opportunity to meet other travellers and share stories over Polish cold cuts and bread. Monica was very attentive and helped us with... More

Within hours of my arrival this B&B became home: a restorative sanctuary at the end of each day of exploring. Organic feasts each morning, witty, playful conversations, a musical salon in the evenings, and rooms that are spacious, warm, and charmingly furnished in Art Deco style. The owner Jarek presides over all this in a masterful, urbane, and gracious style.... More

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for four nights in May 2014. I would stay here again. The location is easily accessible to all of the major tourist attractions in Warsaw. The owner - Jaroslaw - is a really great host. In the morning, all of the guests eat breakfast together at a communal table and Jaroslaw makes a... More

When you are having a great trip seeing wonderful things and the hotel is also one of the highlights of the trip, you know it's excellent. The room was one of the largest I've ever stayed in, complete with a couch, large bed, and desk. The decoration is charming. Everything is clean. The nights were quiet, so I slept very... More

Until we stayed at the Boutique B&B, neither my sister nor I had ever hugged a hotelier. When we left this hotel, we hugged them all! This is a wonderful place - perfectly situated, very comfortable and clean, serving fabulous organic breakfasts around a communal table. It felt like home. The owner, Jarek, is a consummate host - witty, entertaining... More

First, the people with whom you speak, whether email or phone, are very courteous and friendly; we booked two rooms, the Prince and Princess rooms, and with just a couple of exceptions were not disappointed in the booking. The prices were modest, our rooms clean and different, (this boutique itself is quite different and you need to read about it... More

An academic colleague in Krakow had recommended the Boutique B & B to me as a favourite place to stay in Warsaw, and it turned out to be a very great success. It is very well situated, a short walk from the Royal Way, virtually opposite the National Museum, and a comfortable 15-minute walk from Warsaw Central Station. All the... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for mentioning our common table. this is not obvious for all our guests that a real adventure is to sit next to someone from another part of the Glob and have a first hand information about places and people you can usually see only on TV. Having witnesses and experts, our "morning addition" is turning into... More
