I just noticed, that lately I have spent unexpectedly too much time in 3 star hotels. It's not my free will, so I might be a bit more bitter than I supposed to be. Hotel Portos is average 3 star hotel outside of Warsawa city center, so it takes time and money to get to the city. During the check-in... More

This hotel is not in the city center, but there's a direct bus to it that can also take you to Warsaw's old city (116). There's also a bus to the airport (148). The ride to the city center takes about 10-15minutes and to the airport around half an hour. A taxi ride to the airport costs aprox. 30PLN. Due... More

I treat hotels as a good place to sleep, not to spend there my entire time. I expect quick and efficient check in, good night sleep and a decent breakfast. Let's start with checkin. Reservation was made through their own booking system. Receptionist tried to charge me more than confirmed in the booking system and gave me a twin room,... More

Dear Guest, First of all I would love to say Thank you for your stay at the HOTEL Portos. We really appreciate your opinion. As I understood you had some challenges upon check in and not nice smell. Hotel Portos *** is a standard hotel like especially not to a distinguished. Standard room, the beds comfortable. Because of the privileges I got an upgrade to a room. Standard bathroom, but without any hygienic. The service is fast and efficient. The restaurant serves very good food, and just like breakfast. Big minus for expensive pay parking. Sorry, but also... I did not stay here and was at the Aramis but used the internet and ate at Portos. The food was very good, waitress attentive but the bar staff a bit slow and tend to ignore you but I think that is normal in Poland. The reception staff were always helpful, I had to use their free internet as Aranis... More

Clean rooms, great service, excellent breakfast selection (fresh foods). The only down is that this hotel is not near the metro line. Had to take buses to city center. Bus #116 takes you all the way into the center from the hotel.

I have been hosted 4 days in this hotel which belongs to a compound where other hotels with "musketeer"names are found (Aramis and Atos, 2 starts each). The third musketeer (DÀrtagnan is lost in action) is a three star hotel with low room rates, although the restaurant is a bit overpriced if compared with the local prices, but as there... More

Spent one night on this quite new Hotel. Arrived late (11 pm) and it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. The receptionist did not seem to have "a good day". There where lot of noise from the next door hotel (drunk people hanging out the windows yelling and screaming). This went on until 2 am. Breakfast was quite... More
