Everything was amazing, staff was very helpful and spoke very good english. Room was very spacious, view was amazing from our 26th floor, the Palace of culture and science was next to us. Only thing we did not liked, was that looked like environmentai issues were something new. Soaps were packed to a small plastic bottles, sheets were changed every... more

The Intercontinental is not a thing of beauty, but it is a pretty good hotel located centrally though is a bit of a hike to the old town. So if you are aiming for that part of town pick something closer. For business and a central but slightly soleless location the Intercontinental is the job. Room was pretty good, decent... more

This is really 5 star hotel in the centre of Warsaw. It's also very close to the Main Railway station. The high standard is seen everywhere. From the extremelly helpful concierge to rich and taste breakfast buffet. The rooms are big, with modern shower and very comfortable matraces and pillows. There is a car parking, but rather expensive (100 zloty... more

Fantastic hotel ! Great rooms with nice views (ours was on the 35th), good service, and spectacular health center on the 45th floor (with pool !). Great value if you get a good deal. more

Nothing to complain about here. A perfectly good and reliable, if uninspired, business hotel. The service was certainly above average. Found the harpist playing at breakfast every morning bordering on the bizarre but overall, it was fine. more

Yes I'd concur with the other reviews this is an excellent business hotel with good facilities and comfortable well equipped rooms. Both restaurants are good rather than exciting although the standrad of service in both is excellent and caring as all to often it's not in such hotels. This was my second stay and I would definetly return. I stayed... more

Super views, great gym and pool and helpful staff.....although someone needs to tell the receptionists that it is ok to smile at guests! Had a room on the 33rd floor overlooking the city and the palace of culture which was superb. The room was large and fully equipped. The gym and pool are something else - floors 43 and 44... more

Great hotel in the heart of Warsaw. We stayed over the weekend and were amazed that you can get a room with breakfast in IC for just 80 euros! We were even more amazed when on arrival they offered us a suite for just half of the web price. Most of the rooms have spectacular view over the city, the... more

The intercontinental hotel in Warsaw is an excellent hotel, clean, friendly and centrally located. The gym and swimming pool was an excellent way to relax in the evening and the spa looked great (although I didn't get to try it out). It is a bit of a walk away from the historic centre in Warsaw, but it is great for... more

This was a great stay at a great hotel, but you could tell that this place used to be the tops and just isn't the premier hotel anymore - wouldn't be surprised if it starts slipping into four star territory in the future. The receptionist was quite nice and strove to accomodate my request for a higher floor, which I... more
