We stayed at the Westin over the bank holiday weekend and were very impressed by the standard, attention to detail, service and of course the beds. These have got to be the best beds we've ever slept in. Highly recommended.

I am a students studying hotel hospitality and tourism so its not too often I can get away and to somewhere so nice! I went with my girlfriend, uncle and mum and even tho he is the only one on the starwood preferred guest scheme (very worth signing up) we all got our rooms upgraded (though he got the highest... Very modern hotel, in downtown area. Recently built so in very good condition. Has everything you want. But is not ideal. Rooms are on the small side, the mini-bar is a computer controlled one so you cannot put your own items in and if hit a bottle accidentally get charged for it, few taxis in the area compared to other... Dear Jkkras, Thank you very much for your review and feedback. Please allow me one comment about the minibar, which other travellers may find useful - most hotels are now using computer controlled minibars, however we are always willing to empty it, so you can store your own things - just a phone call and we do it for you.... Let me start by saying that this hotel was amazing, the rooms were bright and quiet, the bed was probably the best we have slept on in a hotel ever, the staff were fantastic, always polite and helpful, especially the concierge at the front as he would always organise cabs for you. We were given 4 hours of free wifi... More

Of the five hotels I stayed in on a 2 week trip, the Westin was the best. Having a separate shower and tub was wonderful. The size of the room was above the average room with a king sized bed. Even though the room faced a rather busy street, it was very quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I... More

Our room on the 18th floor was spacious and comfortable for our 4 night stay, the bathroom was nicely appointed with an excellent power shower. We had access to the executive lounge where we could have breakfast ,soft drinks and coffee throughout the day and some nibbles and drinks in the evening. We had breakfast downstairs a couple of times and... More

I stayed at The Westin to be in close proximity to The University of Warsaw where I presented at a conference. The moment I had arrive the staff was welcoming, and helped me settle into Warsaw. Hotel is centrally located (business district). Food is average, even in business lounge. Rooms extremly small and worn out. No way 5 stars experience. Would probably not go back as you have much better option in Warsaw. Staff not very helpful.

This was our first stop on a trip through Poland, Prague and up the Elbe to Berlin. We entered a very impressive lobby and then up to an equally impressive room. Spacious with a good-sized bathroom.
