Once, one of my favorite hotels. Now a shadow of itself. Service is ok, but not nearly as perfect as before. So nice and helpful staff, but the hotel is not what they want it to be. The room a little dingy, minibar defective and was not repaired, outlet in bathroom defect and sat loose. Old and slow TV. Very... More

The Westin is a modern, clean and conveniently located hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable for both the business and casual traveler. The location is within walking distance of some city attractions. The museum of the Warsaw Uprising is about a 15/20 minute walk as is the train station and it's shopping opportunities. The walk to the restored historic old... More

I stayed with my wife at the beautiful Westin Warsaw hotel from August 22th to 24th, it was a really unique special experience. Starting from the doorman / valet, then front desk staff, restaurant staff, special mention the operations manager, in general all staff members were always very helpful, they all made our stay very comfortable and unforgettable. The rooms... More

Separate bath and shower cubicle that is showering heaven :-) Beds are excellent (rather high) and offer comfortable night's sleep. There is also an option to purchase bedlinen... More

My husband and I just returned from our first trip to Warsaw (we live in the UK, and are in our 50s). We spent 3 nights at the Westin and everything was absolutely brilliant. The staff are very friendly, they all speak excellent English, and they truly are there to make sure your stay is an excellent. Our room, 1510... More

This is a beautiful and well maintained hotel. The lobby restaurant is under construction, but there is a second eating area on the second floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great beds and linens, as would be expected in a Westin Hotel. We had a great view from the 18th floor, and... More

Dear OurGreatEscapes. Thank you very much for your great review and the compliments - and of course for staying with us during your recent trip to Poland. It is really best hotel in Warsaw: reception is very polite and helpful although during check out too slow but this is a fault of managers as only 2 counters were opened only. Comfort is very good, sleeping quality is excellent. Internet working without problems. Breakfast could be better and breakfast staff should not talk to each other and rather... More

The Westin is certainly a good choice for both business travelers and tourists. It's within walking distance from the train station, but in a nice area. If you take a cab to/from the airport it should cost you around PLN30, a little more at night. If you use the hotel cars, it will be PLN60, but the cars are nice... More
