My first time here. Very good staff at the desk and was upgraded which is always encouraging. Astonishing wall climbing lifts take you up the building and give exceptional views over the city. Rooms very comfortable with all singing and dancing facilities. Only criticism was one of the bar staff was a bit difficult but his colleague covered for him.... more

Although the building and rooms are nice and quiet, the service from the hotel staff, especially from the concierge and registration desk were quite disappointing. This is an excellent hotel for anyone travelling on business. The rooms are perfectly appointed and arranged for business travellers. The beds are the very best, and the bathrooms stunning.
