We've stayed at this hotel 3 nights, it's very well located hotel. Just in front of the Palace of Culture, few minutes walk from the central railway station, few minutes walk from a shopping center (if you are intrested), just in front of the metro, tram, bus station. You can go to the airport by bus, which has a stop... More

The hotel is well located for the main railway station and the central part of Warsaw. The staff were excellent all round and our room very spacious overlooking the side street where the main entrance was located. Breakfast was exceptional as was the happy hour at the bar which made vg cocktails very reasonably priced. Our only disappointments were being... More

Travelled with a different group of friends this time but with same results all overwhelmed with the hotel the staff and surrounds. Upon arrival we were greeted with the usual charm and grace befitting a hotel of this standard , of the 7 rooms we had booked 5 we upgraded at no extra charge The bar staf all received a... More

Hotel was faultless for our recent stay. They were very accommodating in allowing us,a small group, to change our reservation due to some very late cancellations. The twin rooms are spacious and it was appreciated by all in our group that there was ample space between the two beds. So many hotel's twin rooms nowadays are like doubles as the... More

We have just returned from 3 nights at the Polonia. We last stayed there 13 years ago but since then, it has been extensively renovated. Staff are very helpful ( we were upgraded to a superior room at no extra charge which was very kind of them) Breakfast was a good choice but I would say that whilst some previous... More

We arrived late, no luggage, and they took great care of us? I was not crazy about Warsaw. Something too Russian about the place and the shop keepers outside of the tourist shops really were not friendly. WiFi was free in lobby for one hour. After the end of an hour, you had to get another password. They could have... More

This regal hotel, built in 1913, and it's beautiful lobby was a lovely welcome to Warsaw for us. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious. We appreciated the wi-fi in the room and the bar's Happy Hour prices were great, too. We highly recommend staying here.

I stayed nearly a week at the hotel, and despite I don't like such old style places I rather enjoyed: the room was very spacious (as well as the bathroom) with the separate sofa and table area, breakfast was tasty. My room had an inner yard window, but ones with the street view on upper floors must be attractive due... More

This hotel is very well located (very close to the central station of Warsaw), and offers all comfort needed. Very spacious rooms with all facilities, good bar/restaurant offer…a bit noisy could be the minus, but if you leave the windows closed there's no need to worry about this.

I usually like this hotel, which is well located, charming and comfortable. It is one of my best choices in Warsaw, where I travel 3/4 times a year. But I want to stress on my relative disappointed during my last visit: my room had no view, no charm, below expected level. The taxi ordered the night before wasn't ready at... More
