This is a good standard hotel near the station. The room are spacious and clean with good facilities. Breakfast is a good buffet. The rates are not so cheap but you get what you pay for in a city center hotel. It's a shame that the hotel still has the old-fashioned position of very high charges for internet use.

I have got no idea why it's rated sohighly here. My husband and I had a very special one night there - first with no children for 5 years! I emailed the reception and asked for a nice room as it it special for us to travel without our children. Did they reply? No. The person checking us in even... More

I went to Warsaw earlier this year for business and had a pleasurable stay at the hotel. The rooms were as you'd expect- clean, comfortable, the staff in most cases friendly and attentive. The hotel has a very convenient location to the train station (just opposite) and to the airport, as well as the older more presentable part of the... More

We stayed for 2 nights and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel, standard and comfort of the rooms and its convenient location. Arrival into the city is literally across the road by airport bus or rail and the breakfast was particularly impressive! The staff were also very helpful and informative

I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour and was very pleased. The location was not far from the pedestrian area leading to old town. It was a little confusing using the tunnels to cross under the large intersections but eventually we figured it out, and it was better than crossing on the street. The lobby and general... More

This is a charming hotel right in downtown Warsaw, great service, large rooms and a breakfast which doesn't leave any desires unfulfilled. I'll be back as it is a great place to stay on business trips and private.

Others have mentioned the pillows (lumpy nasty things) and duvets (just fit the bed). Apart from these things it's a great hotel. Helpful staff, excellent value for money (especially happy hour where cocktails are circa £2.50) and the breakfasts are fab.

Very good hotel with very delicious breakfast and spacious rooms. Situated near to the main central Warsaw street. Just one minus - free internet availability at rooms and car parking, which is not for free.

I spent 3 nights here with work collegues as part or a business trip. The hotel is one of the oldest classical builds in Warsaw and apparently the first to offer hot running water. The main lobby is actually very beytiful with a large Inner atrium supported by stone columns and sporting greenery and plants. It feels rather grand and... More
