Centrally located close to the train station and about 7-10 minutes walk from old town. Shopping centre and restaurants across the road on the other side and all around. Wifi fast and free in the lobby. 2-3 PCs also available in the lobby for internet use free of charge.Large atrium with plenty of place to sit and relax. Bar and... More

Couldn't ask for a better hotel. 5 star quality. Staff great and very knowledgable and helpful. Rooms immaculate with every amenity. Breakfast was outstanding huge selection of food even champagne, the negative is they don't offer valet parking and their parking lot although conveniently located was awful to drive to in traffic I have no idea why they don't offer... I stayed here recently on a business trip, with a conference at the hotel. Only ate at the hotel once for dinner, which was very good. Nice, relaxed atmosphere in the Bojangles bar. Conference facilities good, apart from having to pay for internet. Vast choice on breakfast bar and rooms very comfortable.

Stayed here for a 4-day long weekend. Staff were charming and very helpful and the whole place had an air of understated elegance but with a very modern feel. Great Gym and Spa downstairs so good to relax in after a days sightseeing. Breakfasts were excellent with almost every conceivable option in terms of food and refreshment (including ice cold... More

Located in the modern central area, close to shops and transport, about 30 minutes walk/ from the Old Town. High quality hotel with good breakfast. Bar is good with wide selection though local vodkas not kept cold enough. Good size rooms though internet in rooms is chargeable. Friendly service.

We stayed three nights in the Polonia Palace hotel. We had the hotel transport from the airport, well worth it. So getting to the hotel was zero effort. The hotel is very centrally located and easy walking distance from a nice walking street and the railway station. Right opposite is Warsaws main landmark, a huge builduing donated and built by... Nothing here is outstanding but the room was smart and comfortable, and everything worked expect the English-Language TV. The service was competent aside from not being able to provide a forgotten phone charger as advertised. Breakfast is poor value given the numerous alternatives a few strides away.

from the moment of our arrival to departure you would be very hard pushed to pick a fault with this hotel . While our group arrived in 3 lots due to unfortunate accident to 1 of our party the staff had already started to book our group in we were overwhelmed by how much compassion shown to our colleague when...
