Had a two night stay here with friends for a football trip. I had a single room, which was absolutely fine. Nice and clean with a decent sized bed. The bathroom had recently been redecorated to a really high standard also. The staff were welcoming and friendly at all times. The square in which the hotel sits is also a... More

As we were travelling to watch a football match we had occasion to stay in a triple room which was actually a decent sized suite. Very comfortable room with good facilities. The shower water was not so hot in the morning which was about the only complaint. Great location as the airport bus dropped us in the square across the... More

Great service for a decent price. Cozy, but small rooms. Very clean. Breakfast was not included into our package, but after arrival we found a promotion for the weekends - 2 breakfasts for 1 price (in total it was 10 EUR for 2 persons). Though parking is paid in the hotel, but during weekends parking is free in the streets... More

I stayed at the Hotel Metropol and it was a fantastic value. The breakfast is not to be missed! They have every manner of breakfast - from bacon & eggs to fruit. It's one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The staff was courteous, the rooms very clean, and the location in downtown Warsaw was superb. It's a about... More

We stayed in this hotel in September. I expected more from the hotel. The rooms are small and not too modern. But on the other hand the hotel is a budget place, in the great location (less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 20 minutes walk to a historic center) and the breakfast is really good. So... More

We had 3 nights in this modern hotel. Rooms were good, but quite small, and we had a french balcony. Unfortunately it is situated on a crossroads and the constant traffic noise kept us awake most of the night. Police cars and ambulances with sirens blazing seemed to go rushing past frequently during the night. Breakfast was excellent, everything you... More

I stayed here in early January 2014 and loved the hotel. Can't beat the location seriously right across the road from the palace of culture and a 5 min walk to the main train station! The room was of a very good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was like brand new and spotless! The hotel staff were excellent and the... More

I stayed here for one night back in October. It is located near the train station in a busy area. The front desk staff were very friendly both arriving and when I was leaving. They gave me a token for a free drink in the bar. This was great when I ordered some food there. The food was very nice... More

It was far too warm in the room and the temperature couldn’t be changed. I spoke to reception and they asked if I was on the 8th floor. I said yes and they just laughed and said that floor was always warm. I was offered the chance to move but I was just heading out and wouldn’t be back until... More

In Warsaw for a recent concert the wife and I stayed at the Hotel Metropol. The location was perfect as our gig was within five minutes walking distance, as are the central train station and shopping area. As expected in the city center there was noise from traffic(all night) and we were on the eighth floor. Our room was on... More
