I stayed here in late August. Was my entry / first day hotel after arriving in Warsaw. Good location with easy access to metro and center of town. Basic simple rooms with internet (if you pay for it). Helpful stay and appears popular with tour groups. Best deal is making reservation via internet. more

This hotel is a decent 3 star hotel where you can perfectly stay if you're not looking for luxury. It is located near the subway station "Centrum" (like the name of the station says, the hotel is in the city center), near the train station, the Palace of Culture and a big commercial centre (where the Hard Rock Cafe is).... more

Hotel Metropol was ideally located for both the old town and the new town. A 20 min walk and you were in the heart of the old town, under a 10 min walk with luggage and you were at the main train station. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The rooms had no air conditioning but were clean, spacious... more

cheap hotel great breakfast room ok but no AC and was sweating. Had to leave window open as too hot and street noise was the worst I have ever heard. Drunks shouting in the street at 3 am and sirens all night. I did not sleep well. I would not stay here again more

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. It's about 5-10 mins walk from the railway station. The room was large and had tea/coffee making facilities and TV. Buffet breakfast was included in price and was plentiful. Meals served in the restaurant in the evening was good and reasonably priced. (Pizza and chips about 25 zloty) more

Good points of this hotel: its central location, for those interested in being close to Centrum (which is not close to the Old City, bear that in mind). Easily reachable by bus 175 from the airport. This said, everything else is a substandard 3-star. I won't comment the ugly facade (covered in nets and giant adds, waiting for refurbishment?). Wifi,... more

The room was small, but not minuscule. Very clean, they've done a real good job during the last 4 years since I stayed here on a previous occasion. It was a real double bed, not two twins moved together, which seems to be a prevailing practice at European hotels. very good breakfast, which in addition was included in the rate.... more

Not a very good hotel and one of the worst in Warsaw I have stayed in. I only stayed here because there were no other hotels available at the time. The only good thing about the hotel is its location - if you want to go shopping in the nearby shopping malls then I guess it's OK. But to get... more

nice place for a short break, especially if you're on a budget, location- doesn't get any more central, really nice surprise at breakfast- choice like in 4 star hotels, can't be missed; the only minus- it was cold in the room, apparently the hotel is centrally heated seasonally, April is seemingly supposed to be warm enough but it wasn't.. Staff... more
