I experienced a really good service level, the staff is kind and very helpful in any request you might have. The concierge even arranged for last minute opera tickets (opera is opposite hotel). The room is luxurous with a big fluffy bed. Room service is very fast and the cesar salad was scrumptious. I was absolutely in awe of the... more

We visited relatives in Warsaw and we stayed at the Sofitel for 3 nights. For 5 of us we booked 2 rooms connected which were spacious enough with a pull-out bed for the little one. What was superb that the housekeeping proactively put enough sets of towels in the bathroom. Not to foget, an ideal location as one step away... more

hotel is nicely located near to the old and new town. it can be reached easily from the chopin airport by airport bus 175 (which we took on our return trip). We arrived from krakow on the train and it was a good 20 minutes walk from the central train station. however once there, most of other attractions are within... more

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip with a friend based on its rating on TA and a really good price we got (<80euros/night inc. breakfast). Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s situated within a walking distance from the old town as well as the area where a number of clubs, restaurants etc are located. A larger shopping... more

We stayed at the hotel for three nights during our first trip to Warsaw. The location could not be much better within easy walking distance of the Old Town and other points of interest. Our sixth floor excecutive room, which we considered to be great value, was excellent with a huge bed, and overlooked the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Alough the traffic... more

The Sofitel Victoria is a large rather ugly (from the outside) 5 star hotel right in the centre of Warsaw. I booked a suite at a very good promotional rate of €120/night including breakfast, one dinner and afternoon treats. Check in was delayed due to the fact that the room was not ready at midday, not very good considering I... more
