A two-night stay in June 2009. I know Warsaw well, and stay here often, either with family or in hotels all over the city. This is obviously a business-orientated hotel, judging by the number of "suits" in evidence, and groups waiting to enter the various conference rooms. The rooms are what one would expect in a four-star hotel... spacious, clean,... more

This hotel is located at the most central point of Warsaw. You cannot get any more central than this. The metro, numerous bus routes and tramlines pass through this interaction. The central long-distance train station is one block away. The hotel has 30 levels, so most rooms have a great view of Warsaw. The rooms were all recently renovated to... more

I have been staying in hundreds of hotels. This hotel was one of the best value/money I have seen in a few years now. It is excellent, extremely cheap and well located. The rooms were large for european standards and the service was great. I definitely plant to stay there again when in Warsaw. This hotel would fetch $400-500/night in... more

Very good location in the business and shopping centre of Warsaw. Spacy, clean rooms and the friendly, helpful staff. I have been there already few times during last two years and I can notice a very positive development. I feel welcome and surely will come back there! more

This hotel is a good choice in terms of its amenities, location and cleanliness. It is only a few hundred metres from the Railway Station and the Palace of Culture. There are lots of eating/drinking options nearby. Castle Square is probably 15-20 minutes walk away. Breakfast is fantastic. It usually kept me going until the early evening and there was... more

Breakfast was OK if it had been hotter but check in was a nightmare. Handed over a pre- paid voucher which had been paid for by credit card and they then wanted me to pay again for the room. Although I refused to do this, they would not let me check in and I wasted over an hour trying to... more

I stayed here for 4 nights last week and the hotel and rooms were very nice but I would say the staff were fairly poor. We came back one night late from the Track cycling world cup and we wanted something to eat, it was just after 11pm but were told that there was no more food available but we... more

I stayed in Novotel centrum for three nights in August 2008. I remember it being quite pricey and so I expected it to be a nice hotel. They were undergoing renovations on our floor and we had to wake each morning 8am to LOUD drilling. We rang reception each morning to complain but it was the same every day and... more

Nothing particular to say about the room and location which are ok. But the staff is not professional, rude and service is zero. First check- in took 30 min, just because the girl - who was a trainee - did not manage to use the booking system and was making mistakes.. . I can accept it, however It is strange... more

Stayed in this hotel for one evening before I boarded the 10 hour overnight train to Minsk the next day. Ideally suited in the centre of town for the Central railway station (500m away) and close to the iconic Palace of Culture and Science (looks a bit like that Skyscraper in Ghostbusters!!). Didn't wake up in time for breakfast by... more
