it's a big hotel with more than 700 rooms but there're only ~200 non-smoking rooms. Before I arrived, I request non-smoking floor, due to late check-in, non-smoking rooms were full. I strongly suggest novotel increase the number of non-smoking floor, I remember that night is very painstaking for a non-smoker. Smokes everwhere even from the pillow!
