3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

The Marriott is very well placed, functional and convenient for what I needed. The room I had was rather drab and uninspiring with, for some add reason, a very lumpy floor. The front desk was friendly, and the electrician was very helpful when I had electrical difficulties with my laptop (though the guest services line took a while to get... More

Dear Mike, Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate your comment. We apologies if we did not deliver particularly the service you expected. In the last four years part of our outlets including the lobby were renovated. Half floors we finished to renovate in the first quarter 2014. The second half we finished in the... More

Despite this property being more than 20 years, it is bright and airy and appears almost brand new. There was a very warm welcome at check in and the rooms are specious and comfortable and offer excellent views of the city. The location across the street from the central railway station and a huge new shopping mall could not be... More

Five star hotel with five star service and five star rooms. Every member of the staff was super respectful, friendly, and professional. I've never received such a great service before. Room was superb! Beautiful, perfectly made, clean and tidy, spacious, decorated with a sense of style and good taste. Bed was best ever. WiFi was fine. Bathroom was clean and... More

I have stayed in many Warsaw hotels, but for me number 1 is the Marriott. Service is brilliant, they go the extra mile, the guys on reception are really great. The executive lounge is excellent and location is great for work and play

The hotel offered us exactly what we needed. The location was on walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and shopping facility’s. Public transport was nearby. The hotel was clean and the personal was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and offered allot of diversity. You just couldn’t leave hungry because of the overload of food . The hotel offers a good... More

From the moment we walked into the Marriot Warsaw we were impressed. All the staff were quick to greet us. We had a slight mixup about the requested non-smoking preference at check-in, which was quickly corrected, and even gave us a better room than expected. The room was very clean, and the décor was tastefully done. The bed was one... More

Nearly everything about my stay at the Warsaw Marriott was great. I say "nearly" because when I first entered my room, exhausted after 20 hours of travel, I found the toilet running nonstop. So, instead of collapsing on the bed, I had to call the front desk and wait for a plumber to show up. (Took about a half hour.)... More

Good location - very central and convenient for many offices - good as this is really a business hotel. Check in is somewhat laborious - but this could well be a result of local regulations. Rooms are fine if unmemorable. Breakfast could be better service non existant - the room is huge so you feel like a mas consumer rather... More

A very large hotel in a great location. I was with a group of 80 people and the service was spot on. Rooms are renovated and have whatever you need. Very upscale for a Marriott. It is a very large hotel with ballrooms so if you are looking for a boutique feel this is not for you. It was a... More
