I was travelling with my family, one of whom is in a wheelchair with limited mobility. Handicap room was spacious and totally functional. Service at reception, concierge and bellhop were excellent. Majiec, the concierge, was always on hand to help us with out of the ordinary tourist requests. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Highly recommend. more

I have only great things to say about this gem. The rooms were large, amenities good, very clean and in a nice location to the city centre. The Jan III Sowbieski far surpassed my expectations and was wonderful positive to my trip. more

Positives - very friendly hotel staff - big and clean rooms and bathroom - plentiful and fresh breakfest buffet - 3km from City center (2 Stops from Warszawa Centralna with Tram or Bus) - hotel guests can use sauna / whirl pool (Jacuzzi) for free No negatives. Very beautiful Hotel, placed at a very central place and very near to all sorts of public transports. Hotel staff is soooooooo friendly and go out of the way to provide any kind of help you ask them. Hotel interior may be some what old fashioned but still the rooms are worth a comfortable stay. Only draw back in the room is the Tv. Not many english channels. This was my first time in Warsaw, so I was a bit apprehensive booking unknown hotels so I went online and got the Jan III Sobieski at a reasonably good price ($85ish all in). The location was a reasonably short 10-minute walk from the train station... overall I had an okay stay but have mixed emotions about the hotel. 1. Superb hotel, but much too expensive. They charge €200/night, but I found a promo on the internet for only €55/night ! If you want internet in your room : 55 zloty a day !!! Location : to far from the center (about 5km) ! more

I thought this was an average hotel. The pictures lookes much nicer that what it really is but on the other side it was quite nice, the room was clean (even though not as big as I thought it would be..), the breakfast good (had a very nice breakfast served in bed, recommended!!) and the hotel staff were very helpful. Beautifull Hotel, reminds you of an old palace, remarkable staff for a great price. The room was large, and the room service very good, as we took several meals in the bedroom. The breakfast was very varied (they had herring!) and, if I come back to Warsaw, I'll come back for sure. more
