Excellent apartments. I was given the apartment on the 12th floor with a good view of the city which was especially better in the night. The rooms were quite spacious and for the price offered it was definitely a steal. The wifi is not free and is not worth it for the price offered per day. It's conveniently located from... More

I prefer to concentrate on positives in reviews but think it's important to alert fellow travelers to misleading websites and claims. These apartments may have been luxury or executive at one stage but finishing, furnishings are getting a bit marked and tired. We were apparently upgraded to a luxury plus but initially was offered an apartment without air con, and... More

I have stayed at platinum residence about 3 times while visiting Warsaw, and the place is (as the title says) quite nice. That being said, there are some things that aren't all that good. The first time I stayed here, i got very nice apartment at the 21 floor, my to next visits i was situated in apartments at the... More

Very good apartment all almost new. Very good value for money when you get it in good price. Conection to Holton building. If you have subscribed with Holmes place gym you can use it free. Down you have very good and cheep supermarket

A great apartment on the top floor. Trams or buses were cheap convenient and plentiful. Once we had figured out how to switch off the AC we had a quiet night. Warsaw is a great city to explore. I would recommend the free piano concerts in the park.

We stayed over a weekend in tower B. The building is excellent, modern and even has it's own mini-mall with cafés and a supermarket. The 24-hour concierge is useful (although we never had to use it). The location is pretty good, right next to the Warsaw Rising Museum and it's about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre and the... More

a bit hard to find the propety to someone who came in Warsaw the first time. We thought it would be really close to the central railway station, and we were wrong. you should take the 109 bus, which stops right near the central railway station and you can get to the hotel easily.you will see the building of the residence by... Was travelling for business. Stayed here twice. And unfortunately, on both occasions, did not have enough time to enjoy the very big unit. I had a big kitchen, big living room, big bathroom, big bedroom. There are restaurants on the building complex, and also a grocery. There is no breakfast service in the hotel, so you need to go to... Rubbish service, well no service at all and apparently no management either. Couldn't get toilet paper, towels and room cleaning was £20 per visit! Apartment is ok but very noisy. Lack of cutlery and AC makes stupid noises throughout the night even when it's switched off.

Travelng by rental car on our own, we found this hotel to be very acceptable, after organiizing it in advance. Having visited the city, more than 40 years before- I found our location in the middle of town, facing the Palace of Culture-like a small step back- and a large step forward. In the studio apartment, we had all we... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The best solution is the combination of advantages of either hotel or apartment and in order to measure up to such expectations, we came up with an exceptional project called the Platinum Residence. Platinum Residence is a modern complex offering completely furnished apartments, with reception desk and concierge services, access to an exclusive fitness club or Platinum Residence gym, as well as restaurants and cafe bars in the shopping gallery - all supported by five-star hotel services. Platinum Residence apartments, situated in the Platinum Towers, are forming a complex with the building of the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre. Among almost 400 apartments constructed in both towers, only 220 apartments, which have been furnished and equipped to satisfy sophisticated taste and needs of their residents, were selected for the Platinum Residence project. ... more   less
